This is from Digg. They are talking about “Dagens Industri”, a daily business newspaper, more like the FT than like Forbes:
Somehow a group of hackers have succeeded in cracking the code that is used for protecting HD DVDs from copying. The code leaked out on Wednesday and was spread hackersites like Digg.com. Threats of suing from lawyers representing the movie industry only seemed to increase the spreading of the code.
.
Digg.com was the first ones to yield, but they later considered the pressure from their users to be more massive that the one from the lawyers, and put the code back on the homepage.
.
“You’d rather see Digg go down fighting than bow down to a bigger company.”, wrote the Digg.coms’ founder Kevin Rose to the users after the decision to defy the legal threats.
